Queenaclay Shipping Policy
Handling each piece with care, from our hands to your home.
At Queenaclay, we understand how exciting it is to welcome a new piece into your space — whether it’s a handcrafted vessel or a vintage cabinet full of stories. We take great care in making sure your order arrives safely and as promptly as possible.
For smaller items (such as pottery, decor accents, or accessories):
We ship all small parcel orders within 48 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). Most customers within the U.S. can expect to receive their package within 5 to 7 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.
For larger pieces (such as furniture, cabinets, tables, and other oversized items):
These items require a bit more coordination. Once your order is placed, we will take 1 to 2 weeks to work with our freight partners to arrange pickup, delivery timing, and the appropriate level of service based on your location and accessibility.
We currently offer two levels of freight service:
- Standard Curbside Delivery: Your item will be delivered to the front of your home or the nearest accessible point.
- White Glove Delivery: Includes in-home delivery, placement in the room of your choice, and optional packaging removal (available in select regions).
Once your freight shipment is booked, we’ll share tracking details and estimated delivery windows so you can plan accordingly. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have special delivery requirements — we’ll do our best to accommodate them.
