At Queenaclay, we take pride in sourcing and offering one-of-a-kind, handcrafted pieces that celebrate the beauty of imperfection, time, and tradition. Every item in our collection has been carefully selected for its unique character — whether it’s a vintage wooden bench worn smooth by decades of use or a sculptural artifact with marks of age that speak to its rich past.

As such, all of our products are final sale and non-refundable. This policy is in place because each item is truly irreplaceable — once it leaves our hands and enters your home, we cannot restock or resell it in the same way we would with mass-produced goods. We appreciate your understanding and your support of a slow, intentional approach to home curation.

That said, we also deeply value your satisfaction and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you receive an item and find that it doesn’t quite suit your space or expectations, we offer a 14-day exchange window. Exchanges may be made for another item of equal or greater value, and we kindly ask that you contact us within 14 days of delivery to begin the process. All exchanged items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  1. We do not offer refunds.
  2. Return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  3. Due to the nature of our vintage and handcrafted inventory, we cannot guarantee exact replacements — but we will always do our best to help you find something equally beautiful.
